Lakewold Gardens

A series of workshops designed to help kids discover the wonderful world of nature and plants.  Each workshop features a different topic and consists of a dedicated lesson, outdoor activity and snack break, and a hands-on project related to the topic, including time in our new Children's Garden.  

Cost: Donations accepted/Pay what you can

Registration: Space is limited to 15 kids per session, so please register using the link below. Drop ins can be accepted only is space permits.

When: Saturday series (every 3rd Saturday of the month) from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm:

  • May 16th, Workin' the Garden- What's Next
  • June 20th, Soil + Seeds= Salads; Eat Your Veggies
  • July 18th, Birds of the Pacific NW
  • August 15th, Insect Safari
  • September 19th, Community Kids Day
  • October 17th, Autumn Harvest & What Winter Brings
  • November 14th, TBD
