Innovate Tacoma

Innovate is an after school program for CREATIVITY and INNOVATION. We facilitate a learning space for students to create and innovate through ideas that matter. Activities are project-based and place-based, developing cross-curriculum skills in language arts, mathematics, social studies, science, and other subjects.

WHO ARE INNOVATE STUDENTS?

INNOVATE students dream up creative, practical solutions and work with other innovative peers to invent, design, and build things that matter.

WHAT WILL INNOVATE STUDENTS DO?

Think creatively, collaborate, solve problems and design things that matter, and change the world!

We provide an after school program for early adolescents with the purpose of providing the newest and most advanced technology available for the students to explore and build their expertise in critical thinking and problem solving. Innovate will bring resources that will make creativity and innovation possible. We work with qualified teachers to address Common Core Standards and 21st Century Skills that develop and increase academic and cognitive skills!
